Miesha Theresa Tate, born 18 August 1986 is an American mixed martial artist. She is a competitor in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), and is a former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion. Tate was before a Strikeforce female bantamweight champion. Tate was vice-president of ONE Championship. She currently is ranked in the top 10 of UFC women's bantamweight standings on October 3rd 2022.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Tate was born to Michelle Tate in Tacoma (Seattle), Washington. She was raised by Robert Schmidt and Michelle. Being a typical teenager she was often socializing with the boys in her neighborhood on playgrounds.

Isabel was born at Melbourne Australia. Her dad is Australian as is her mother who is Swiss. Her family lived at Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru, a small town located in Northern Territory called Cairns and Cairns Australia.
